Shipping policy

DISPATCH & DELIVERY INFORMATION

All deliveries in Guatemala will be shipped via Rabbit Delivery in Guatemala City and surrounding zones like Carretera a El Salvador. Deliveries to other departments will be shipped via GuatEx.

All orders will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days of being placed.

Please allow up to an additional 2-3 business days for orders that include complimentary customisation such as ID tag engraving and / or hot-stamping.

Upon dispatch, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery for national orders and 4 to 7 days for international orders.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email notification with the shipment’s tracking details. All our orders are shipped from our Guatemala City distribution center in zone 10, allowing fGuatExcker and more efficient deliveries in the country.

If your order will require a signature upon delivery, please contact Rabbit, GuatEx or Fedex service with your item tracking number should you need to make alternative delivery arrangements.

OTHER DEPARTMENTS IN GUATEMALA

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the department you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. By placing an order with Ramona For You®, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom and duty import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to Ramona For You®. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
