Refund policy

You are welcome to return or exchange eligible items within 28 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging with all tags included. Items with pet hair, odors, scratches, bite marks, creasing, stains, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Customized & Engraved Items

Customized, monogrammed, or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the item is faulty.

This includes, but is not limited to, engraved ID tags. If an engraved ID tag is included with your collar, harness, leash, or set, the item is considered customized and final sale.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized items due to sizing, color preference, customer input errors, change of mind, or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size according to our size guide before placing an order.

Returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing are not accepted on customized or engraved items.

Faulty Items

If your product is faulty due to a leather defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, chewing, scratching, pulling, impact, or any pet-related damage are not considered faulty.

Natural leather may include markings, texture variations, small ruptures, and may lighten or darken over time due to exposure to light, touch, and use. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please email hello@ramonaforyou.com with your order number for returns, with your order number before sending any item back.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless the item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect:

  • Customized, monogrammed, or engraved items
  • Collars, harnesses, leashes, or sets that include an engraved ID tag
  • Engraved ID tags purchased separately
  • Digital gift cards
  • Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page, at checkout, or during a special promotion

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, color preference, customer input errors, incorrect information provided at checkout, change of mind, or pet-related damage.

 

Repair services are available for guatemalan residents

If you are located outside Guatemala (for example, in the United States), you may contact us to coordinate the shipment of your item to our Guatemala address for repair.

Repair times range from 7 to 15 business days from the date we receive the product.

Ramona For You® uses the finest natural leather that may have natural markings, ruptures and lighten or darken over time through exposure to light and touch. We do not consider these qualities as defects.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
