Refund policy

You are welcome to return or exchange your purchase within 28 days of delivery of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.

Please note that we strictly do not refund or exchange monogrammed or customized products unless the item is faulty. This includes the ID tags that have been engraved. 

If your product is faulty due to leather defects or manufacturing issues, we will replace your product as necessary. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or pet-related damage (such as chewing, scratching, or impact) are not considered faulty.

Repair services are available for residents of Guatemala.
If you are located outside Guatemala (for example, in the United States), you may contact us to coordinate the shipment of your item to our Guatemala address for repair. Repair times range from 7 to 15 business days from the date we receive the product.

You are responsible for choosing the pet's size according to the size guide provided. 

Ramona For You® uses the finest natural leather that may have natural markings, ruptures and lighten or darken over time through exposure to light and touch. We do not consider these qualities as defects.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
